Terms of Service Highlights Email 📋

Client understands the Terms of Service

💵 No Refunds: All transactions are final. If the client is dissatisfied, a crew is dispatched within 48 hours to rectify the issue. We fix problems; we do not hand back cash.

💎 Valuables and Jewels: Please secure personal valuables, jewelry, and files beforehand, thereby eliminating any missing-item allegations.

🔒 Solicitation / Anti-Poaching: A written $1,000 fine per occurrence if a client attempts to hire a cleaner directly, cutting out your marketplace.

⏱️ Hourly Cleanings Disclaimer: Clarifies that hourly bookings guarantee time spent, not a completed checklist. We will get to as much as time allows.

⚠️ Damage Claims Policy: Explicitly disclaims automatic liability for home damage.

🚫 Dishwasher Interiors: Standardizes that field technicians wipe down exterior-facing panels only, drawing clear task boundaries.

🐛 Undisclosed Pests: Reserves the immediate right to drop a job site with zero refunds if active bed bugs, roaches, or fleas are discovered.

🪜 Ladder Restraints: Liability parameters strictly bar contractors from climbing above a basic two-step ladder to perform elevated detailing.
